- SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) and steel frames reduce construction waste and deliver incredible thermal performance.
- Eco-friendly ground screw foundations minimise soil disruption and avoid carbon-heavy concrete.
- Cladding choices include responsibly sourced timber, low-maintenance composite, and durable metal – all designed to last longer and require fewer resources over time.
- EPDM rubber roofing – often made using recycled materials like car tyres – offers a 50+ year lifespan and is fully recyclable, dramatically reducing waste from replacement cycles.
